Are your candles handmade?

Yes! Every Saddie Baddie Club candle is hand-poured in small batches in Dallas, Texas.

What kind of wax do you use?

Our candles are made with soy wax for a cozy, fragrant candle experience.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time! We currently offer shipping only.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, except for damaged or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue. This does not affect your rights under applicable law.

How do I care for my candle?

Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn, never burn for longer than 4 hours at a time, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Visit our Candle Care page for more tips.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Oh no, baddie! 💔 Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
